2008年、2009年開始我公司為政府、企業(yè)、村莊等產(chǎn)業(yè)策劃：青島、煙臺(tái)、威海區(qū)域規(guī)劃為中國(guó)藍(lán)色半島龍三角、中國(guó)洛杉磯、中國(guó)好萊塢等文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的戰(zhàn)略開發(fā)建設(shè)思路，改革過去傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)立市發(fā)展模式，以及如何因地制宜的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)。為此，進(jìn)行了許多概念、規(guī)劃、方案、實(shí)踐等諸多項(xiàng)目。包括有條件的村莊建設(shè)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)村莊比傳統(tǒng)城市建設(shè)更美好和都市里的村莊建設(shè)可以比傳統(tǒng)城市化高容積率建設(shè)發(fā)展更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和精神效益的方案、實(shí)踐等項(xiàng)目。
